Technical review : 4 production units, 6 PLCs, 4 SCADA servers, 10 operator stations, for controlling 1600 I/Os.

Realization of the automated Truck Loading System, with integration to company’s ERP (SAP)
Technical review : 9 truck loading units, redundant PLC, fuel meters RS485 comms network, industrial ethernet network, SCADA server, Loading schedule and monitoring server, 15 operator stations, on-line SAP interface.
"Alumina plant complete automatisation" Aluminum of Greece (2001):
Complete Automation of Alumina plant of the 12 production units,
Technical review : 12 Alumina workshops, 45 plc (10 redundant PLCs), industrial ethernet network, 10 hotstandby SCADA servers, over 20 operator workstations. Production reporting and archiving. 3.000 analog signals, 16.000 digital signals in total.
